This email is a follow-on from the recent announcement that on 28.9.12 Digiweb Ltd will acquire Laurus Technolgy Ltd and take over the hosting and domain name services currently supplied by Utopia.

Digiweb will be taking over the bank account so you do not need to change any automatic payments. Services will remain the same so not changes are required to email, DNS or FTP settings.

The Utopia brand will continue under the new business name of Utopia Ltd. It will focus on a range of web design and development including:

• Website rebuilds and rebrands
• E-commerce implementation
• Programming services
• Mobile application development
• Website content management
