The North West Country Business Association gives its members access to a range of information about member services, activities, news and governance information. With the requirement for contact tracing during the COVID-19 pandemic, General Manager Phelan came to Utopia for a solution for their members.

Utopia used rapid web development to analyse, design, and implement a full QR code-based tracing solution. The entire system was built and deployed within 24 hours. Business Association members can now get their customers to scan their unique QR code and complete some tracing information. The collected tracing data is then provided to them daily and is available if required by the Ministry of Health.
