The Trades Coach Academy (TCA) provides business advice for the trades.  Business owner Andy came to Utopia looking for a new website to promote membership of the TCA. Members would signup, pay, and then access videos on how to grow their business. The platform is aimed at tradies. A Content Management System (CMS) was also required so staff could easily update the site. The CMS platform chosen for this project was CMS Made Simple.

After discussing content and functionality Utopia produced a mock-up of the new site using the logo and colours supplied.  This was fine-tuned and the final website implemented.  After the website implementation Andy entered the content.

The main website was used to promote and manage the signups of new members to the portal. Stripe is used to manage the customer subscriptions – including setting up payment plans. From there, the portal allows full access to material including videos and additional documents. Andy can manage all the videos available and set them up in various categories for easy viewing. The web application is built using industry standard technology including PHP and MySQL. This makes it easily transferrable between hosts as well as fast and robust.

Utopia helped to arrange the website hosting.  A website form on the contact page allows visitors to easily make an enquiry. The new website is fully responsive allowing it to work across multiple devices like phones and tablets.  Search Engine Optimisation was completed on the website pages and content.  The website can be promoted on their Facebook page to drive customers to the site. The website is fully integrated with credit card processing systems to allow real-time customer signups.
