RITANZ is the professional body for accountants, lawyers and licensed insolvency practitioners, and for those working in the field of business restructuring and turnaround, and the corporate and personal insolvency industry in New Zealand. They approached Utopia seeking an upgrade to their existing website. The goal was to modernise the platform and provide members with a dedicated portal to access. This portal would enable members to access training materials and support the accumulation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and credits.

After discussing content and functionality, Utopia produced a mock-up of the new site using the supplied logo and colour scheme. This was refined before implementation, after which Utopia migrated the content from the existing website. Utopia also assisted with arranging website hosting. The new website is fully responsive, ensuring it works seamlessly across devices such as phones and tablets. Search Engine Optimisation was also carried out across all pages and content.

Website administrators have full access to add and update portal members, including importing and exporting member details for efficient membership management. The website includes a range of training materials, such as videos and static resources. These can all be managed through the CMS, including the allocation of CPD points for each training item. Members can log in to view materials and track their points. In addition, members can access an events calendar to stay connected with the organisation. This has helped enhance the organisation’s credibility and provide greater value to its members.
