McHugh’s of Cheltenham specialises in weddings and corporate events and has a fully licenced restaurant. Business owner Raj came to Utopia for an upgrade to their existing website. A Content Management System (CMS) was also required so Raj could easily update the site, including the gallery, menus and reviews. The CMS platform chosen for this project was CMS Made Simple.

After discussing content and functionality Utopia produced a mock-up of the new site using the logo and colours supplied.  This was fine-tuned and the final website implemented. Utopia entered the content which came from an old website and was updated.

McHugh’s also take bookings for functions. An online payment form was added for deposits. This was extended to also allow the purchase of gift vouchers. The new website has a gallery which allows potential clients to easily see photos of past functions.  Utopia helped to arrange the website hosting. 

Search Engine Optimisation was completed on the website pages and content.  The new website is fully responsive allowing it to work across multiple devices like phones and tablets.  The website can be promoted on their Facebook page to drive customers to the site.
