DRC NZ is a supplier to the Dental and Orthodontic Industry. Marketing Specialist Samantha came to Utopia looking for an upgrade to their existing WordPress ecommerce website. Although the website was working ok, there were a range of improvements that could be made. These included things like performance, information shown to shoppers, and an improved set of marketing tools. The objective was to give the site a facelift and make it easier for customers to find products and place orders.

Utopia created an example mock-up of what the new website could look like. After final amendments the existing website theme was upgraded. This allowed for a range of new features across the website. Although constrained by the exciting websites features, Utopia was able to extend and add new facilities for customers. This included product videos and downloads of technical information on products.

The process of ordering products was also streamlined. The existing standard WordPress checkout process is not very intuitive for most ecommerce platforms. It is important to adapt this process to create a perfect customer experience.
