Find Me Property take the stress out of property buying.  They provide an alternative option for home buyers in which they do the hard work while buyers sit back and enjoy the fantastic results.  Owner Carla came to Utopia needing a website for her new business. A Content Management System (CMS) was required so staff could easily update the site.  Bespoke development was also necessary to provide a web application to manage property owners, buyers and agents. 

After discussing content and functionality Utopia produced a mock-up of the new site using the colours and logo supplied.  This was fine-tuned and the final premium website was implemented.  After the website implementation Utopia entered the content supplied by the website copywriter.  Utopia helped to arrange the website hosting. The website is fully responsive allowing it to work across multiple devices like phones and tablets. 

Along with the website Utopia built a web application to manage property owners, buyers and agents.  The agents can manage a buyer and research properties they believe suitable for them. The web application captures a buyer's profile and links into large property websites to help in the search for a property. The web application is built using industry standard technology including PHP and MySQL. This makes it easily transferrable between hosts as well as fast and robust.
