Online support services

All Utopia customers enjoy support through the ‘My Utopia’ online portal. An assigned login gives access to a wealth of information and resources 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Helpdesk is open during normal business hours and Utopia's staff are always on hand to answer questions. After-hours support is also available.

Utopia also offers specific support plans designed for commercial customers that are priced according to the additional level of service required. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Training

As part of our commitment to Global Services delivery, Utopia offers group training sessions for clients who prefer hands-on training over reading a manual. Practical tutorials make using our online tools easy.For clients with custom-developed systems, or those who are looking for a more personalised service, one-on-one training is available on request or as part of a project package.
