Everything will be recorded in a timesheet you can view. Time is billed in quarter-hour increments and you can pre-purchase time in blocks for greater discounts.

You may have technical services supplied from a third party and have issues with their delivery. For example, trying to get a domain name live for a customer's website and the DNS provider is causing you grief. We can assist and talk the technical language necessary to get the result you need. Simply email us the access information to your provider and we can take care of the rest.

Application support

Do you have a web application that is no longer supported by its creator? If so we can assist by providing you peace of mind in knowing there is an expert at hand to answer questions and fix any issues relating to your web application and database. This could be something as simple as maintaining and checking the backups you have in place.

Programming and database work
